Usage
The cake/bakery products should be consumed within 24 hours, please refrigerate/Air tight container if not consuming on the same day. Please note every product has limited time for consumption and vary from product to product. Every cake or bakery products we sell is home made, therefore in baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of appearance.
Online Payment
For online orders placed on www.cakerover.com, the payment information, card information and bank details are entered on 3rd party website/bank website. Cakerover does not take any card information at any point of time from the customer. However, Cakerover ensures that all 3rd party links for payment have the required SSL certificate and maintain complete security of the customer data.
Customer can make payment through credit card, debit card, Net Banking, and Paytm.
Delivery charges applicable on online orders below INR 999.At present we are not providing Cash on Delivery payment option.
Request for any change in the cake/bakery products not be accepted once order has been placed.
You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, and other governmental charges.
Delivery Policy
Cakerover accepts online orders to deliver only within Bengaluru/Bangalore city limits and will use 3rd party delivery service to deliver.
All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Currently we don’t provide same day delivery.
Delivery may not be exactly at the same time. We will ensure the product is given to 3rd party delivery service and except unavoidable cases the delivery will happen with the given time frame by the 3rd party delivery service. You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. Delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Other unforeseen circumstances etc.
However, once the order is handed over, the temperature maintenance responsibility lies with the receiver.
The order delivery will be done from K R Puram,Bangalore. In case of self-pick up, the pickup address and time available for pickup will be sent to you on email.
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery. If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late.
We shall not deliver the product other than address used as per the below condition:
- By default the billing address will be same as shipping address.
- In case your billing and shipping address are not same, please enter both the addresses at the time of placing order. Your order will be delivered at the given shipping address.
Duplicate Order
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it on +91 99868 73880. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order unless the production is not start for the same. If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on your behalf and that will be final.
Cancellation & Refund

In case the preparation of your order has started, you cannot cancel the order. There will be no refund in such an event. If the cake/bakery products is delivered in unacceptable condition at time of delivery, after verifying by us money will be refunded. Kindly save the order details, the problem seen with product delivered.
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take time to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.
Having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without any prior notice due to uncertain conditions/occasions/disasters.

Damage Or Defective Products
If any product received by you is damaged or defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91 99868 73880 or email us on support@cakerover.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will either deliver to you the new product or refund the amount to you after investigation the same.
